TO REACH A REPRESENTATIVE: Select language then stay on the line. It will cycle through a menu of options, but just stay on the line and do not make any other menu selections. This is the fastest way to reach a representative.
For those receiving P-EBT on their Medicaid Common Benefit Identification Card (CBIC) (Wave 2):
For those getting a new card just for P-EBT (Wave 3):
Please note: When activating your P-EBT Wave 3
card, DO NOT use your child's social security
number when prompted. Instead, enter your child's
actual date of birth.
The mailer that contains the P-EBT card and letter for Wave 3 looks like this:
