Spring 2020 P-EBT Updates

(Last updated: May 18, 2021)

New York State has finished distributing P-EBT benefits for March-June 2020.

If you believe you have not received your child's P-EBT food benefit for March-June 2020:

  • If your child was enrolled in SNAP or public assistance as of March 2020, you may have received P-EBT on an existing EBT card in May or June 2020. Please first check if there were deposits on your EBT card around that time that add up to $420 per child.

  • If your child was enrolled in Medicaid as of March 2020, you may have received P-EBT on an existing Medicaid Common Benefit Identification Card (CBIC)
